RESIDENTIAL BOOKING INFORMATION

On booking you will enter the CCSC email system.

PAYMENT PROCESS

When you receive confirmation of a reserved place:

  1. A registration fee of £80 will be immediately requested to secure your CCSC place. Payment details will be given.
  2. On receipt of payment, confirmation of a booked place will be given from CCSC and receipt of your room booking sent from CCC.
  3. Balancing payments to be paid by 31/07/25 or within 4 weeks of booking, if booked after 31/07/25. For bookings less than 4 weeks prior to the course, balancing payments must be paid before the start of the course.

NON RESIDENTIAL BOOKING INFORMATION

  2. On receipt of payment, confirmation of a booked place will be given.
  3. Balancing payments to be paid by 31/07/25 or within 4 weeks of booking, if booked after 31/07/25. For bookings less than 4 weeks prior to the course, balancing payments must be paid before the start of the course.

CCSC 2025 Terms and Conditions

After completing the booking form, if we are unable to offer you a place you will be given the option to pay the registration fee and join our waiting list. If later you choose to leave the waiting list you can then have a refund. If a place becomes available and you accept it, the registration fee is no longer refundable.

All balancing fees are due by 31/07/25 or within 4 weeks of booking, if booked after 31/07/25. For bookings less than 4 weeks prior to the course, balancing payments must be paid before the start of the course. If you have not paid by then we reserve the right to offer your place to someone else.

After we have confirmed a place, should you wish to cancel your place, for any reason, up to 30 June 2025, you can claim a 50% refund on any payments made to Clare Lynch for CCSC. For any residential package payments to Cape Cornwall Club (CCC) please read their terms and conditions on your room confirmation.

No refunds can be made for any sessions that you fail to attend during the course, for any reason.

It is recommended that you arrange insurance for your musical instruments and other personal property in case of loss or damage. The organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.

We will use our best endeavours to run the course exactly as advertised, but if unforeseeable circumstances occur, we may need to make adjustments to the programme.

We reserve the right to substitute teachers if the advertised teachers become unavailable for any reason. If this should happen, we will ensure that we provide the intended level and quality of experience as advertised.

In the very unlikely event that CCSC had to be cancelled, all fees paid to Clare Lynch for CCSC would be fully refunded.

It is recommended that residential course participants check Cape Cornwall Club’s terms and conditions. It is advised that you take out holiday insurance.

COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS
